In the last years, the Oxford Antibiotic Group’s Logi-biotic^® drug design approach has shown significant advantages over other methods of drug discovery. OxAG has created a library of more than 250 unique chemical compounds of different drug classes. All of our candidates were synthesized and med-chem. designed in our laboratory. Their main advantages are optimized ​​toxicology as well as solubility and stability.

To fully understand the potential of this library further analysis will be conducted. For this the internal set of platforms will be extended and OxAG is in early discussions with teams from the UK and the US. Particular emphasize will be put on the compound potential in the fields of immunology and cancer and screens are scheduled to start at the end of 2021.
